絵本の暗唱をなかなかスタートできなかったEちゃん。

ママの絵本暗唱をきっかけにママと一緒に頑張っています！

“My turn!”

“Mommy’s turn!!”

“Good job—–!!!”

“We did it!!!”

来週もママと一緒に絵本暗唱を頑張ります♪

Last Week was Valentines day and so we have all been singing our favourite valentines day song , it goes like this:

“Skidamarink – a – dink – a – dink,

Skidamarink – a – do!”

“I Love You”

” I Love you in the morning,

and in the afternoon,

I love you in the evening!”

“And underneath the moon!”

“Skidamarink – a – dink – a- dink!

Skidamarink – a – do!

I LOVE YOU!”

The kids love this song!  They loved it so much that at playtime we made a special playdoh villiage so we could sing it to the animals with our own playdoh hearts!  Very Cute!  I’m happy to see the kids singing by themselves and enjoying using english own their own!  It’s really amazing to watch them sometimes!  Good Job everyone!! Let’s keep all having fun in english together!

最近、お母さんも絵本暗唱にチャレンジしています！

始めた頃は、お母さんから「え！！私も絵本暗唱するの！」という声が多かったですが、

絵本暗唱にチャレンジしたお母さんが合格した瞬間、自分のお子さんがとても喜んでいる姿を見て「また来週頑張ります！」と言って喜んで帰って行っています♪

お母さんが暗唱している時にとても印象的だったのは、

お子さんが終えている絵本をお母さんと一緒にみんなで暗唱したり、

お母さんがちょっとつっかえたりしたら心配そうにお子さんが見ていたり、

合格したらみんなですっごく喜んだりと、家族みんなが一喜一憂している姿を見れたことです！

頑張っているお母さんの姿は本当に素敵だと思いました☆

この頑張りがお子さんにも伝わっていると思います♡

これからは家族みんなで絵本暗唱を頑張りましょう！

So January is over and what a fun month we had.  This month we were talking about different kinds of jobs people do:

The kids really liked pretending to do dofferent jobs and fireman was a popular one! We sang a song about being a little firefighter and it was so popular a few of the children wanted to act it out again at play time:

 ”Here’s my helmet, here’s my hose!”

It was so cute and good fun more kids came to join in:

“Put the fire out!”

Soon everyone had their own helmets and hoses and were playing all together!

And in the end we all helped put out the fire and save English Now!  Good job everyone you are going to make great firefighters one day!

In our after lunch programme we continued to build our kids vocabulary!  We play a game where we use the story to make lots of different words.  We were using the story  “Who took the cookies from the cookie jar?” and making words from that, for example, “cookies”

K – Kun is amazing at this game.  We only need to say the word and he can usually make the word by himself!

What a clever boy!

We were all amazed day after day and with every new word K-Kun was able to show us!  What an amazing job he and all the kids are doing! Let’s keep working hard together and have fun in February!
